Adults who prefer to participate in exciting adventures in community locations can request FCE as provider through their SSA at the County Board of DD. Our K-Nect program is an Adult Day Support based in the community that facilitates fun, engaging activities as suggested by people in their annual ISP’s. Our first priority is to make person-centered events happen by taking a small group of people with the same interests to specific events they suggest. We also provide many opportunities to try new activities for people who just want to get out and be active.
