Job Description:
Direct Support Professional (DSP) Full-time 30+ hours per week
Position Summary:
Direct Support Professionals provide support, care, and advocacy to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. DSPs assist with daily living skills, promote independence, ensure safety, and encourage meaningful participation in community and social activities. They play a vital role in enhancing quality of life while treating each individual with dignity and respect.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Compassion, patience, and commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities.
- Prior experience in caregiving, human services, or related fields is preferred but not always required (training provided).
Working Conditions:
- Must be available 1st and 2nd shift hours including weekends - get your schedule monthly.
- Moderate physical activity may be required, including lifting and assisting with mobility.
Starting wage is $17 an hour with an increase after your 90-day probation period.

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team!
Position Details:
- Up to 40 hours per week
- $16.00 per hour
- Must be able to work evenings and/or weekends
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are a must
